Rcccnt experiments suggest that uT may be a pseudo-Dirac neutrino wi1.h m, x 17 keV. In general, if such a neutrino is to be consistent with constraink from nucleosynthesis, one needs to give up the MSW solution to the solar neut,rino problem and the singlet-majoron so1ution.t.o the energy density problem. Also, t.he dista.nce required for vT to oscillate int.o it.s st.erile Dira,c partner becomes unohserva.bly large.
